Shipping policy
Our standard delivery service operates between 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. You will be notified of your order being dispatched via email or text.
We aim to deliver most items within 3-5 working days of an order being placed. During busy periods, delivery may take up to 5-10 days. Some products have an extended delivery time as they are delivered directly from the manufacturer; this will be indicated on the product description.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the advised delivery lead times. In the rare event that we are unable to do so, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity.
We use a variety of carriers and delivery options to deliver our parcels. If you have any questions concerning your delivery once it has left our distribution centre, please check your My Account page for details.

Extra Delivery Information
Exclusions
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. However, we are unable to deliver large items or furniture to the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, the Highlands, Shetland Islands, BFPO addresses, Northern or Republic of Ireland, or overseas. We also reserve the right to refuse delivery to addresses that we believe are not secure, such as communal or PO Box addresses.
Regular Delivery Items
Regular items are those that fall below 20kg and within the following size ratios: Length: 610mm, Width: 460mm, Height: 460mm.
Public and Bank Holidays
Please note that we are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays.
Deliveries Requiring a Signature
For deliveries that require a signature, our courier will post a card after the first unsuccessful attempt, so you can call to re-arrange a suitable delivery time. If after 3 days they haven't heard from you, they will attempt delivery again. If you haven't made contact within 5 days, the order will be returned to TJ Hughes.
Combined Shipping Costs
Items shipped from multiple locations may incur multiple shipping zone fees.
International Delivery
We do not currently provide an international delivery service.
