The Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Hot Lips range of lipsticks have been formulated to provide a long lasting, buildable lipstick with a matte formula. The range, which comes in a number of shades and colours, contains Lipstick Tree & Orchid extract, which soften, protect and hydrate lips, along with 3D glowing pigments to leave lips looking lit from within, and a blend of oils to provide colour that lasts up to 10 hours.
