The Joan Collins Lip Pencil range are a duo tipped pencil, which help give lips a touch of Hollywood perfection. The pencil can smoothly define lips, lock in lipstick, limit feathering, whilst the other end of the pencil is brush which is ideal for blending. The pencil contains Jojoba oil and Vitamin E, which leave lips soft, supple and moist.
